Adopt a Boston Terrier (short coat)

Boston Terrier (short coat) Dog

Johnny Boy the Dog needs a home

Johnny Boy is a purebred Boston terrier born 7/20/13.  He was born and raised in a commercial breeding kennel where he was used as a stud dog in spite of the fact that he has an apparent congenital or genetic defect which is causing him to slowly go blind.  He was surrendered to rescue by his breeder so that he can retire to a pet home and spend the rest of his life on a couch instead of in a pen.

He is a friendly boy with people, but he is NOT good with other dogs, and cats are unknown.  His eyes are cloudy but he still has decent vision, but it's unknown how long he will be able to see.

Johnny boy has been neutered, microchipped, brought up to date with vaccinations and has been heartworm tested (negative), wormed and dosed with Revolution for flea and heartworm prevention.

His adoption fee is $150.00

PLEASE NOTE: Because of airline regulations regarding snub-nosed breeds, Johnny Boy can NOT be shipped.  You must drive here to pick him up.
